Jammer & Ozmeister was founded by bass guitar player Cem Karal and DJ Ozan Davas in İzmir in 2011. Cem Karal, one of Turkey's finest, has played with various artists through his career. Ozan Davas stepped in with his gear while Cem was trying to find a proper drum player who can play supportive asymmetric beats. Vocal and multi-instrumentalist Sarp Keskiner joined the group in 2014.
